The Whole School Upstander Program trains ~20 of your students to design and deliver the learning themselves to teachers, families and younger year levels. Five sessions, $7,500 + GST per cohort.
Who you’ll be talking to
Megan Byrne, Program Lead
Megan is a facilitator and program designer with more than a decade of experience working across wellbeing, mental health and gender-based education.
Over the past 11 years, she has delivered more than 1,700 workshops across two countries, reaching over 60,000 people.
That experience has shaped an approach that works across a wide range of settings — from classrooms and sporting clubs to boardrooms and residential care environments. Megan designs programs, delivers them, trains others to facilitate them, and evaluates their impact.
Her practice is trauma-informed, inclusive and grounded in behavioural science. Just as importantly, it is built around connection — understanding where people are starting from and creating the conditions for them to engage, reflect and make meaningful change.

Questions we get asked
The short version.

Yes, and deliberately so. Sessions exist partly because schools identify needs late in the year when a year-long program is no longer practical. Term 3 and 4 dates are usually available at short notice.

A whole cohort works well for the broader topics. Some sessions are better with a smaller group of 25 to 40, and we will tell you which on the call.

The framing, examples and scenarios are built around your cohort, and around what has actually happened at your school. The underlying content is ours; the context is yours.

It is a different product for a different moment, not a cheaper version. Sessions are facilitator-led and single-visit. The Upstander Program trains your students to deliver the learning themselves across five sessions.
